Our newsletter is delivered every other month to all 1,700 homes within our neighborhood boundaries (Bumby, Colonial, Mills, Nebraska/Forrest/Corrine), regardless of whether or not they are members of the association.

- To begin advertising in the newsletter, ads and materials must be submitted by the 25th of each month preceding the month the issue is delivered. (Newsletters are delivered in February, April, June, August, October, and December)

- Artwork can be in any of the following IBM (not Mac) electronic file formats: Photoshop file, PDF, TIF, BMP, GIF, JPG, Microsoft Word, or PowerPoint.
- Prices include minor work such as layout, text touch up, or clip art, if needed.
